Exactly. And of course, you also need a garage for the golf cart. Otherwise, how else do you get from the house to the guest house?

Ah, sounds like the first doubts from Sunshine. Apparently, city apartments under the roof without an elevator are not that popular after all. ;)

I'm just wondering why the OP is not planning a basement? Given the prices and the way of building, I would have expected that.

Exactly. The elevator going to the penthouse should definitely be included. But you can still manage to walk to the 2nd floor. I mean, where the standard land value is in the four digits, such details can be neglected.
