Optimal walkway width in the garden

we want to have a walkway paved in our garden to the garden house, so that you don't have to walk across the lawn to the garden house.

The walkway should be right next to the fence, the fence is 1.80m high.

What is a good width for the walkway so that one can still walk comfortably?

From personal experience: 60cm, if you don’t want to pass each other. Otherwise 90cm.

Well, directly on a 180 cm fence maybe rather 70-80 cm. But wouldn't paving slabs also work there?

The question is also .. from where does the path to the garden shed start and what is at the garden shed? Lounge area or all garden tools?

And always along the fence .. hmm ... is that also the shortest and later usual path? If not, people often walk over the lawn, etc.

Just put in a plan and what the path is supposed to be used for.

In the garden, we laid natural stone stepping slabs through the lawn and not a 'path' – that is enough for us and in my opinion looks nicer.

For a wheelbarrow, I would rather plan with a width of 80 cm.
