Well, if the area at street level floods completely, only one step remains, but to the sides. Oh, at the back the property will continue to slope down to the original height. The water could then drain there, and there are still 500 sqm that lie 30 cm lower.

I had already pinned a like on #48 and #51

I stick to my position to maintain the planned height and if necessary intervene with retrofitting later on, houses on mounds belong in my opinion to Friesland. Alternatively, your compromise to raise it by 10 cm is agreeable to me, but 25 cm at once is, in my opinion, "too much caution".
