Opinions and tips for a 220 sqm single-family house desired

Hi, it is important that you plan with realistic wall thicknesses from the start. We also made the mistake at the beginning. When you then start and draw in about 40cm exterior walls, for example, you only have 3.5 m left in your living room corner, which is clearly too little.

You want to lug your dishes from the dishwasher there? ... I wouldn’t do it :)

Air heat pumps are certainly cheaper, but here in Bavaria the winters are cold and you probably have to do a lot of electric heating.

Here in Bavaria is fine,... For me in Bavaria the air heat pump was the right choice for our house. A friend from the Allgäu is installing an ice storage heating system - because it is a bit cooler there,... There are many variants :) I find your floor plan quite acceptable. The hallways are too large for my taste, but the space between the dining area and living area is very suitable as a children's play corner. You are building a huge house anyway. These are luxury problems anyway :) I would put the dishes not on the counter but in a base cabinet -> exactly between the pantry and dining table. The built-in cabinet then serves for the Sunday dishes,...

However, hardly any wall is aligned with another. I would save myself the effort and let a planner do their work. They can do it much better ;)

I'm also from the Allgäu :D. Ice storage heating... never heard of it, I have to google it sometime. The corridors are already spacious, but no matter how I push the walls and make the corridors smaller, living space or storage space is lost somewhere else.

I don't have an offer from the developer yet, but I hope our "giant house" won't be too expensive. We want to do the interior work ourselves.
