Good morning dear construction specialists,
I bought a house last week, which is an existing property. Unfortunately, the rooms are currently not quite to my liking. I would like to have an open kitchen together with a dining room. However, for that I would have to remove a wall.
My question now is whether you think this is feasible (with TT beam) to create a support beam. I am providing a drawing so that you can see how the whole thing looks.
The walls/wall stubs marked in blue I would like to remove. Of course, considering whether this is possible. The goal is to be able to use the green hatched area continuously (kitchen, dining room).
It is a house from the early 1970s.
