And what is the [Sondernutzungsfläche] directly behind your property? Was there basically industry there before?

So it is after all - the same henrik who also had the financing thread. I thought you wanted to build in the Frankfurt area. Gelsenkirchen is quite a few meters away from there.

By the way, speaking of Gelsenkirchen: Wasn't mining very intense there in the past? Not that the land is undermined and that at some point the risk of earthquakes / subsidence increases. That reminds me spontaneously of Saarwellingen from Saarland (I think it was called that), where something like that happened once.

With so many negative things, you don't even want to build anymore, there's really a lot of risk for others who just buy and build without doing any [Gutachten], not dealing with it beforehand and so on...
