It’s the same situation.
Besides, the east wind is the colder one, so it’s usually too chilly for garden enjoyment :)

fine, everything is settled with the bank and the home builder. Nevertheless, thanks for the very relevant hint here. By now, every forum member should know about me. At the latest now, with your constructive contribution.

Since I know that you don't read any threads other than your own, I still recommend this one to you:

As I said, this special use area currently irritates me a lot, which I see in Boris. I assume the property directly adjacent to the north is "yours." It looks as if there might have been industry there that has been demolished. The soil might possibly be contaminated?

Well - rather because of the first exhausting 30-page thread ;).

Substation - quote from Wikipedia:
"A substation is part of the electrical supply network of an energy supply company and serves to connect different voltage levels. Substations always consist of switchgear in addition to power transformers, constructed as outdoor switchgear or in a sealed form as gas-insulated switchgear, and other equipment for measurement and control technology. Installations without transformers are also referred to as load distribution stations (load distributors or switchgear).
Due to the high degree of automation, operation in many substations, such as performing switching operations, is fully automatic or remotely controlled from control centers without operating personnel on site."

Not everyone likes living near high-voltage power lines :(.
