As I said, I would also be interested in the scope of services. I understand my offer to mean that I need services phases 1-4 up to the submission of the building permit, which corresponds to about €7400. Afterwards, I am still being offered service phases 5 & 6. You didn’t need those at all, for whatever reason?! Or rather, I would be interested to know why it is being offered to me and you all don’t need it...

So I built without an architect. Only with a 78-year-old master carpenter who signed the building application including the structural calculations for me. The entire building permit only cost me 630 euros in fees from the building authority and about 1 year of time, always on the side, until I had my building application complete. But during this year I dealt with the topic incredibly intensively and saved a lot of money.

It's not that simple. You must be listed as a qualified structural engineer with the Chamber of Architects or Engineers in order to be allowed to prepare structural analysis. Very few architects can do it.
