I am surprised that the price includes free window design, as the window size has a big impact on the house price. We are also building according to the valid energy saving ordinance and needed solar thermal and residential ventilation in addition to the gas heating. The stone also had to have better insulation than the T10.

We also have some more patio doors - at no extra cost. Even our slanted extra window in the gable was not charged separately. Our mason said that windows and walls don’t differ much in terms of cost.

Think more of an exceptional case :ö)..
For us, for example, wall with everything included about 200 per m², windows 300. And those are also "only" plastic windows.
Wood-aluminum cost about 550 in comparison, so almost three times the price per m² of masonry.

I think that this calculation can never work out like that, and the builder means something else: namely, that because of the three windows that a builder typically wants extra at most, he does not let his estimator work overtime to determine the exact additional cost.
