Offer for windows and blinds

Hello everyone,

we have received an offer for windows and [Raffstores].
I find the offer for the windows quite fair. I was a bit taken aback by the one for the [Raffstores].
We need 5 [Raffstores].
The description in the offer is:

PVC overlay element with thermal insulation
Elite with [Raffstore] covering
Drive: crank
Dimensions:

1. 2510 x 2620 -> 1889 euros
2. 4620 x 2620 -> 4282 euros
3. 4620 x 2620 -> 4282 euros
4. 3010 x 2600 -> 2113 euros
5. 2510 x 2620 -> 1898 euros

All prices are excluding VAT.
It seems to me a bit very very very high, or am I just wrong?

Huge blinds. I don't find the price for them too high. But why do this with a crank? You will regret it a lot, it has to be electric!

The crank was only included in the offer. Of course, I also want an electric one. When I compare prices online, I don't come to 4200 +19% but rather to 1000 euros for the dimensions...

Then just have the blinds installed online. Purchased from a specialist retailer and installed by a master craftsman company. So what do you want with any online prices?

If you can install it yourself, then the online price is fine.

They are simply really huge. Just quickly calculating the prices per m², you are looking at 320-420€ including VAT. That is not super cheap, but also not excessively expensive. Especially since with these dimensions, surcharges for reinforcements or other measures are certainly included.

For comparison, our venetian blinds are 1.20 by 1.30 and cost 650 net per piece.

What do you pay for these huge windows? They must cost a lot too?

Is that an office building given the dimensions or a residential building?
