They are currently almost all working from home and doing video consultations. But that’s not a problem because you receive a link to an Interhyp portal where you can enter all important data in advance (all costs, your income, your expenses, etc.). At the appointment, he will then call you and you can follow his screen live. The financing offers are then uploaded back to the portal afterwards and can be downloaded by you there.

PS: For me, the Dr. Klein advisor found significantly better financing options that did not appear at all in the search at Interhyp. But of course, it can be quite different for you depending on the location and situation. The point is just that you should compare. Dr. Klein offers exactly the same procedure (video consultation).

Feedback from me on this and beforehand a THANK YOU again for your "consultation"

I spoke with the two financiers mentioned earlier, both conversations were good and yielded different results. From the second conversation, I was able to gather useful information to continue working with the financier from the first conversation. I had a better feeling with him and ultimately also the better terms. Therefore, I have, at least for myself, obtained satisfactory conditions.

KFW €120,000 0.95% over 20 years
ING €205,000 1.19% over 20 years

Payment of €1,288

Glad that everything worked out. May I ask if it was with Dr. or with the other one?

Has the KFW increased its interest rates? Weren't they 0.75% at some point, or am I confusing something?

Yes, the KFW has raised the interest rates. It was not with the Dr. but with the financial broker H**n Finanz!

KfW interest rates fluctuate constantly. Here is the quick price overview:

The 20-year term (not fixed interest rate!) carries a slightly higher risk, therefore it is more expensive than the 10-year option. KfW currently does not offer fixed interest rates over 10 years to consumers.

If someone receives an offer that is lower than this display, there can be two reasons: 1. The offer is a few days old and the intermediary has reserved the conditions. This secures the conditions if the customer needs time to consider. If it is cheaper at conclusion, they get the cheaper conditions. 2. The bank/savings bank waives its margin. This rarely happens, but it does occur. KfW can currently not offer anything below 0.75%.

Wow. Now I have received a warning because I posted a link to the KfW website. Well, that is not advertising, after all, KfW is not profit-oriented and acts on behalf of the federal government and the states ([KfW-Gesetz]). If I cannot even simply post links, a useful discussion is hardly possible. What a pity... So, here once again without a link: search for the program on the KfW website. If you don't know that, then click through "Privatkunden". There you will find the conditions indicator. Completely transparent and government guaranteed.
