I don't even understand how they come up with this nonsense. Except maybe because of the energy saving ordinance or KfW requirements.

Nothing special, we already have the values without cooling function through the air-to-water heat pump. What should be done, most have already written as well. Besides, are you really eager to run the air-to-water heat pump all year round!?!

I would be interested in the "rotation speed" of your electricity meter ;)

We have discussed the topic several times. The effect is minimal, so it is better to have a proper air conditioning system….

Well, with a proper air conditioner you simply bring in more cold. The efficiency is similar but more than 25 KWh is not possible for me, then the floor gets too cold (condensation...) A MonoSplit air conditioner does that in about 5 hours.

So if you have enough time to cool the whole house with one device, you can also use the air heat pump. Only then you don't have dehumidification.

That should also be considered. I consume about 5 KWh per day (from the photovoltaic system on 140sqm) and in recent years with sufficient shading was able to keep the temperature below 25 degrees even in midsummer. Anyone who wants more has to install an air conditioner, but logically the power consumption will then also be higher.

That remains to be seen. We've only been testing all of this for a short time.

If it's not worth it then of course not. We were promised a cooling of 6-8 degrees. The home builder as well as the heating company.

Well, we have YTONG, the floor ceiling is concrete and we have a cold roof (i.e. no insulation between rafters or similar).

I have basically always said that if I build, then only with air conditioning. The air-water heat pump with cooling function was the only reason why I decided against it. Now I will probably have to get a mobile air conditioner for the really hot days after all.
