This has nothing to do with "chances". You have a legal right to terminate. Period. So terminate and repay. There is nothing to discuss.

None. As soon as the bank would say no - purely hypothetically - you come with a lawyer and at the latest then the bank lets you out, because they will lose a lawsuit 100%. That's as certain as amen in church.

Why? §489 terminations are the most normal thing in the world. It is LAW!!!
