Notice of Structural Completion

Good evening everyone,

Maybe a silly question, but can someone tell me what the purpose of a [Rohbaufertigstellungsanzeige] is? Today our roof was covered and tomorrow the windows will be fully installed. The [Rohbauabnahme] is scheduled for 01/11/2016, before the electricians start.

If you do not build without approval, you must make that notification - that's how it is in NRW. This way, the building authority can also take a look behind the scenes ;).

Ok, thanks :-) We have received "exception permits" with the construction approval for all deviations from the development plan.

With us, after the notification of structural completion (what a word...) someone from the building authority came and inspected everything. To check whether we had built according to the submitted plans and not suddenly added 3 more rooms and a balcony... Afterwards, we received mail stating that we can start with the interior work.

Ok, thank you. On 11.01.2016 the shell acceptance will take place, then I will inform the city. The roofers / window installers did a great job. I still had to clean up quite a bit today but the roof is on and the windows are in. *finally*tight* Wishing you a Merry Christmas
