Anyway... the prices are nothing new... they existed 20 years ago as well (even back then there were Penthouse apartments) and 2500 euros per sqm is rather average in this segment...

It's actually even below average to cheap. Here in Frankfurt, a new-build apartment starts at 4,500, and that’s without any penthouse.

The 2500€/m² was for a house without land

ja Grundstücke sind immer extra ...bei dem Haus mit 2,5t€/pro m2

The 4800€/m² was for an apartment with land

bei der fetten Wohnung ist es natürlich
