But now the brakes have to be applied. It makes a difference whether you take Munich or Meschede. This also applies to the production costs. And it doesn't have to be either 4.8 TEUR or 2.5 TEUR. With 2.0 TEUR you can already get by well for a normal house construction with some extras.

Yes, but then there will be no granite / marble / stainless steel in the stairwell ... only a prefabricated garage, etc...

depending on what you want, it can also be done for €1000/sqm, but then you should look out for a used purchase; you can get more for your money here...

yes exactly ...

the local location only specifies the land price, the house itself always costs the same....

I have to ask quite openly now, where do such distortions in the mind come from?

You come here with examples from a multi-family house, these are things that many probably wouldn't even want in their living space.

And this here, complete nonsense... From Kiel to Garmisch, from Aachen to Frankfurt/Oder... the prices are as different as anything. Why? Because the wages are also different.

Every time I read something from you, I can only shake my head and think "troll."

Huchala... well, for another €900 / sqm I would have had to get creative. Marble from Italy only costs €100 per sqm... gold leaf is of course always an option.
