Nonsense. This statement(s) is/are absolutely detached from reality.

Just leave the troll alone... that doesn't make any sense. This is now the second time that the lady has caught my attention with unqualified posts.

Not just you. Now Yvonne has shown mercy and has taken the trouble to outsource the posts. The third time, the joke is over.

I don't really know what this thread is supposed to achieve, except maybe a: Look, something like this also exists.

On the other hand, I can quite well imagine something like this here in Luxembourg, where I work.
Yesterday, I had a valuation report for a 1950s house on my desk, which from the outside looks more like a wreck property, with a price of 3,700 euros per square meter determined. I also don't really suspect marble, tropical wood, or gold fittings inside. And this property is not located in the city of Luxembourg (where it is probably even more expensive). It all depends a lot on supply and demand.

Whoever wants to afford such a thing can gladly do so. I would pass.

I believe the OP did not create this thread, but it was cut out by a mod from another and opened as a separate thread because the 'Infos' here do not help with the actual topic.
