North terrace and kitchen in the south? Feedback wanted

What do you think of this idea? I really like the open entrance / the open staircase. The distance to the street on the east side is variable. There will definitely be enough space for parking in front of the house, so that you can put the groceries directly into the [HTR]. The office might need to be removed to let more light into the living room from the south and west.

The corresponding burdens will be registered, I have made the plots available to the rear builders, so everything will be arranged very fairly.
