And clarify how far a house must be from the access route. You write directly or 1 m .. has this been clarified with the building authority?

So is the plan now with south at the bottom (as it should be) or is south on the left side of the plan????

Isn't it a mess? You can also edit the thread nowadays if images are still missing.

Then one should do that in post 1 and not somewhere in the middle.

What option exists factually and financially to also acquire the rear property? This would elegantly solve the access problem.

Probably none, because, if I understood correctly, the entire rear open space, including the one still located in the north, is being sold by the seller and must be developed.
