No spare parts available for IKEA PAX TONNES

I have a Pax TONNES cabinet (with white glass panel)

Unfortunately, due to carelessness, 2 panels got broken.
Upon inquiry, Ikea simply stated that I can only purchase the entire package including the sliding door construction and 8 panels for 480 EUR. (a total of 3 packages)

I cannot understand that IKEA is not willing to offer the panels as spare parts for such an expensive and sensitive construction.

I am very disappointed. This has nothing to do with customer friendliness anymore.

Hello! I have a PAX UGGDAL and have also thought about "what if a glass panel breaks". I would have a birch or beech multiplex board (depending on the bedroom furnishings) cut to size at the hardware store at about 6 mm thickness (15-20 €/m2), oil it nicely and install it. There are also sliding door wardrobes from the factory that have such a combination. Regards

was a bit imprecise, the multiplex board with the thickness of the disc (should be about 5-6 mm).
