That is not quite the same: a layer-8 problem in the guise of a DAU is somewhat of a "DAU with ascendant wrong-way driver".

Sorry, I thought the people here in the forum were mean because of 70 dB. I just googled it. I really have to ask. Seriously??? Have you ever lived in a rental apartment? It is after all a community. When children or animals come into play, it gets significantly louder. You probably can’t afford a house (based on your financial description). I don’t think camping is an option either (noise).

Typical forum. Someone reports a problem here and everyone makes fun of it. I would sell or rent out the apartment. If it is financially profitable, I would rather rent it out and generate long-term returns if that is possible given the conditions.

Not everyone is making fun of it. Most have given the advice that you are also giving here.

However, I do find it somewhat strange to want to suspend a ceiling if it is higher than the Bavarian minimum requirement.
That is trolling in real life.
