Can you perhaps explain that more precisely? I'm interested because although I (still) don't have a photovoltaic system, I do have a (side) business. So where did it have an impact on you despite being insignificant.

I don't quite understand that now either. In the case of a business, surpluses or losses and not the income are to be considered for all applications. To determine the surpluses/losses, the feed-in tariff, the "virtual income" from self-consumption, minus all ongoing costs, depreciation, and interest counts. According to your calculation in the other thread, you should incur losses for the first 10 years. Even if you already have a secondary business, you should be able to reduce the profits from it.

Filing a tax return is likely to become expensive due to the additional Anlage EÜR (if there is no business yet).

Please discuss this with the lady from the community who determines the kindergarten fees based on a fictitious calculation for the year 2016. It probably concerns 5 out of 1000 cases. It is not worth my time.
