New construction: Plaster the concrete ceiling on the ground floor

I wouldn't believe it either, but it is as I wrote. A small crack, tiny, but a crack nonetheless, absorbs the paint and leads to a beautiful, even coat. Possibly the paint used also plays a role. Ours does not drip and spreads evenly.
