There is no underfloor heating in the basement. In the [EG], [1. OG] and [DG] there is. So [EG], [1. OG] and [DG] can basically start tiling immediately after heating up and key handover. The basement must be worked on with a dehumidifier for about 1-3 weeks until it is dry.

No, the tiler should also do the basement. They want to measure beforehand. If they say it is dry, they can start. If not, it still needs to dry a bit.
