But: If WU concrete was used because they wanted to create a WU component and if this is actually necessary, I would GET an expert. Because as far as I know, a WU component includes not only WU concrete but also crack width limitation, a minimum cover of the reinforcement, curing, etc. If you want to be reassured: When the house is finished, the initial moisture is still "residual moisture from the construction period," after 5 years the warranty is anyway over and if necessary, a fault can be found in a self-performed work of the builder that is to blame. Besides, the financial situation of the builder is better again after 10 years, so that one or the other construction mistake can be more easily remedied.
