Basic price is already included.
Costs roughly estimated as follows:
Heating demand: 35 kWh / m²a * 160 m² = 5,600 kWh
Hot water: 3,000 kWh (for 4 people, right now we are only two)
Total demand: 8,600 kWh

Work price: 8,600 kWh * €0.08 / kWh = €705
Basic price: €650

Total cost: €1,355 / year

Is indeed > €1,300, in the previous calculation I still had 140 m², but now it’s 160 m²

We already signed the contract last September; it is a local general contractor who builds about 50 houses per year in this area.
The general contractor handles some trades themselves (earthworks, shell construction, plastering, screed, tiling), which might also be reflected in the price.

The price is calculated as finished with our EL.
