You can also give a range for that.

The topic of water and sewage piping alone can quickly become expensive. No one here can estimate that.
You can buy toilet seats for 10, but also ones for 250 euros.
If you buy 5x toilet, 5x washbasin, 4x shower, 3x bathtub at the hardware store, 5,000 euros can easily be enough. But who lays the pipes, connects everything, hangs everything up? At the sanitary specialist trade with piping and installation, you can quickly spend 30,000 euros.

You should also calculate furniture for the planning.

Just showers and bathtubs along with mixers/fittings are f***ing expensive. Without luxury, you can easily spend the first 10-15 k€ on them. Separate floor-level shower trays or tiles? How much glass for the walls? Size of the bathtubs? Water inlet/bathtub edge fittings? Coatings on the glass of the sanitary objects? Etc.

For our two large bathrooms, I had budgeted over 15 k€, installation almost entirely DIY (two toilets, two 60 cm washbasins, one 120 cm washbasin, four fittings for washbasins, showers 100x100 + 120x120, floor-level shower trays Kaldewei (color-matched to the tiles), corner glazing each, Raindance each, bathtub 180x80 in bathtub carrier with bathtub edge fitting, small stuff like WC flush buttons, siphon, drain fittings etc., brands Duravit Vero, Kaldewei Conoflat, Kronenbach fittings for washbasins + tubs and such).

So it really depends on what kind of quality you want (see Jochen104).

Why do you have to make everything so complicated? If I can’t plan more precisely here, then just check it off. I thought you could roughly estimate what a normal standard installation costs. Of course, I can order a satellite dish for 100 euros at the hardware store or for 2,000 euros from the catalog, then I just take one for 500 euros in the planning.

For example, in our first cost planning we have the following items for this:
- Wall tiles, floor tiles based on price per sqm
- Shower waterproofing 1,000 euros
- Sanitary lines and insulation 5,000 euros
- Sanitary equipment 20,000 euros
- Water meters etc. 6,000 euros

You can manage with your budget, of course! As a good reference for prices, just have a look at Reuter or Megabad online, add a buffer for the sanitary company that will do the work for you. In case of partial renting out (it doesn't have to be that high-quality) and partial own use (it should look nice), it should work as a mixed calculation - but don’t expect too much, since the budget also includes / should include the installation!? You won’t get a shower installed for 100€, instead, you have to spend a multiple of that – that’s what I mean by a buffer for the plumber.

Thanks...

I’ll do that right away. We want to plan realistically, of course, if that’s possible.
And mixed calculation is clear, concessions for rental and something a bit nicer for ourselves.
That's why I also wrote standard, dreams are increasingly giving way to the bare numbers and reality.
Of course, properly installed and a good plumber.
