New apartment, mold after renovation

The mold really looks terrible. Did you only notice it after you had taken off the wallpaper? That must have been quite a shock for you. Good friends of mine also have mold in their apartment, but the landlord doesn't want to do anything about it, and for this reason, they are now looking for a new place in Flensburg. Since mold is also harmful to health. I hope something can be done about the mold in your apartment. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

well, the mold could only be seen once the wallpaper was taken down. The landlord then replastered, and it also seemed beforehand as if the spots were dry. Explanation: during the demolition/renovation at that time, moisture got into the rooms (no windows in winter) which then later (when the exterior walls were "blown out") came BACK into the rooms.

Anyway, since then we have probably had peace, and we might take another look at the matter in a year. By the way, there was nothing on the wallpaper either before or after.

Since we all get along here (and the landlord was very accommodating), I no longer see a problem. He removed the plaster at the said spots in two rooms without hesitation and even refunded part of the deposit to us.

Also, one day we saw someone sneaking around the house... the thermography already mentioned here... and it was apparently negative.
