Mold under the ventilation unit in the bathroom

Hi Seiler, yes one would assume that the landlord is interested, but most of the time he hardly has an overview during construction, and if the architect here is someone who only adheres to building regulations and doesn’t think for himself, then the smaller model will simply be planned and installed. Changing it afterwards can easily get expensive :(

Hello, I think there are good approaches here regarding the size of the fan. I am personally involved with ventilation and I find mold disgusting. The architect must decide on this in advance and not just think about the costs. Best regards Ricardo

I also think a larger fan is needed here. It would drive me crazy if water runs down the fan. Set a deadline for the landlord and he must take remedial action.

I used to have that in the rented apartment as well, and here the fan is simply too weak. Especially now in the winter months, problems can occur. A change must be made here as soon as possible.

For me, it is already alarming that the landlord remains inactive for so long. Mold is not to be taken lightly, and it can lead to health issues here. With a larger fan, the problem can be solved. But only possibly.
