LLandu 2015-10-19 20:41:20#1Hmm ok, but that looks shitty too, doesn't it? If I drill through the ceiling
SSirSydom 2015-10-19 20:43:47#2Of course, you drill where, for example, a cable duct covers the hole below. At the top, you are renewing the floor and going into the wall.

LLandu 2015-10-19 20:46:06#3Ah, I see. You mean I should drill through at the bottom and use a cable duct. And at the top, when I redo the floors, lay the cable along the wall?

SSirSydom 2015-10-19 20:54:53#4Exactly. Either make a slot in the screed (which will then be covered by the floor) or in the wall behind the baseboard..

LLandu 2015-10-19 20:57:14#5Ok thanks for the idea :). I can also lay it along a small cable duct on the side. Are there any [reicher] or similar for doors? If anyone has installed something like that before, feel free to share :)

SSirSydom 2015-10-19 20:59:13#6Through doors with the cable?? There is a drill for that, you go through the wall. The hole is covered on both sides by the cable duct, or if you do it cleverly, by the baseboard.
