Unfortunately, I am not a professional, but can't you close off the corner with drywall (from the corner near the washbasin to the middle of the curve at the head end), then tile it in white? It’s probably tricky because there is so little space to work in, but it MUST be doable. Unfortunately, I don’t know if there are prefabricated aprons with edges. A good "handyman" might be able to adjust something there as well.

I can understand you well, everything collects there, not just some water after bathing. However, I wouldn’t remove the tub. We have needed ours very rarely since the children grew up, but then it would definitely be much missed.

My wife does not like bathing. I, on the other hand, do. And the little one does too, now and then. Without a bathtub, it wouldn't work for me.

Oh dear, this bathtub position is really very special…. The corners would drive me crazy too! I would try to close off the corner side where the faucet is located up to the wall corner or just past the curve, that is probably also the least effort. I wouldn’t fully panel around the door and towards the sink, that would feel too cramped for me. To get rid of the bathtub and visually match everything, you need tiles.

We also planned without a bathtub; in the old house, it was just a dust collector and clothes rack, my husband was never in it, I maybe 5 times. From about age 3, no child went in either, so this time we wanted to do without. Just yesterday, however, we considered that at least in the guest bathroom in the basement, we might still install one, for the rare case that someone actually wants to take a bath...

Bathing is simply my me-time. I read or watch something or just listen to music. Along with bath oils or crystals with essential oils and, of course, way too hot and for too long (if you don’t get dizzy when standing up, it wasn’t hot enough or too short).
In between, the poodle comes to visit me and I make him a foam crown on his head.

The positioning and routing of the hoses is really spooky. However, I can't think of a simple solution on how to somehow install a tub designed clearly for freestanding placement. You can't just move such a tub easily because of the supply lines and drain.

So either the bather removes all traces afterward or the thing gets thrown out.

And whenever someone says again "I don't need professionals, I planned the whole house myself," these photos should be shown.

I would leave everything as it is.. you have a nice modern bathroom with a large shower and tub! Basically, you can reach the back with a squeegee anyway. What I would always do, however, is lay the shower hose "neatly" in the tub (with the head on the outlet). I do the same with our shower.. Somehow it always drips afterwards and that way you don’t get drip marks and puddles along the shower hose.
