Need ideas for bathtub solution

Oh yes, I am by no means trying to demonize the bathtub and/or the bathtub installed at an angle. Our bathtub is angled in the room but not freestanding, so neither overflowing water nor placing shampoo/Schampus is a problem. The bathtub was originally primarily intended for my wife, but when I had a herniated disc, I used it intensively and probably still use it more often than all the other family members combined.

Good heavens… that's really a dust collector. At first, I thought about placing a wooden shelf over it, matching the washbasin with a rounded cutout, and then sealing it with the tub, but that wouldn't cover the bottleneck on the floor. Therefore, I would leave it as it is. Even if someone in the family doesn't like to bathe, one can be tolerant and let the other enjoy it. And so be it: a tub can also be used for soaking laundry, knitwear for example likes that. Additionally, for instance, just the day before yesterday I scrubbed the grimy container boxes from the car and the tool room in it. And there are more arguments in favor of a tub. Yes, everything can be done differently, but with a tub some things are simply quite easy... And since you can clean the floor with a narrow tool, and there are more complicated corners you have to reach, you can also leave it as it is.
