Mounting wall cabinets with a wall rail

I ordered a Metod kitchen and should now determine the routing of the electrical wiring with the electrician next week.

1) Does anyone know how much distance the Metod wall cabinets have from the wall when they are hung with the wall rail? Can I run a cable behind them freely (power supply for the workspace light Utrusta/Förbättra/Omlopp)? I read that there is a spacer at the bottom. So the cabinet frame does not rest against the wall?

2) How many centimeters of air gap to the ceiling do I need at minimum in order to hang the cabinet on the rail?

3) Another question: Are the mounting rails roughly flush with the top edge of the wall cabinets? I still have a socket very high up in one location, maybe I have to move it.

4) Does anyone know how many centimeters the handle of the Kulinarisk oven protrudes from the cabinet front (front edge of the door or drawer front)?
