The oak thus apparently enjoys protection due to its status. After all, it is a forest property. If you don’t remove leaves and they decompose, they can already integrate with the existing soil. However, on near-natural properties, it apparently has to be tolerated. I would put the new fence on a base. It won’t be cheap. How large is the property?
Thanks for your opinion. We’ll see what the owner says. Our neighbor recently also had oaks, birches, and other trees removed that kept falling onto the fence. First, one can talk. The property is 2300 sqm in size. If nothing happens, we will probably have to leave the fence as it is and, if necessary, divide the property differently, since that part is intended for garden and trees anyway. So only the remaining fence will be renewed.
