Actually not a creative crafting instruction, but the category "Service" fits best. Because the transport service is also on the Ikea homepage under "Service". If this is wrong here, sorry to the mods.

The prices for furniture delivery (purchased on site and then handed over to a transport company in the store) depend on the value of the goods. Because I have already spoken to two people who handed over the entire purchase (e.g. wardrobe Pax) to the transport company and therefore paid quite a lot of money (in this case for a 2 meter Pax with three clothes rails and four drawers as well as two shelves in the tall version and a pair of sliding doors, goods value just over 500 euros) here is a possible alternative:

I only hand over to the transport service those parts that do not fit in the car or are too heavy. In the Pax example, you don’t have to pay 109 euros that way, but only 49. Because the corpus and the pair of doors cost together 349 euros, which makes 49 euros transport fee, the rest (goods value would otherwise be just over 500 euros and thus cost 109 euros transport fee) easily fits into your own car.

However, you have to buy this (at least in our regular store) separately to have two separate receipts.

Is this the same with the receipts in all stores?

Although it is actually logical, I probably would not have thought of it in practice. Thank you very much for this posting! Regards Section Chief

No.
In most stores whose practice I know, the transport costs are calculated based on the goods you physically hand in. That means you can also decide what you hand in after paying and what you don't. Especially since most subcontractors have access to the inventory or the prices.
Good salespeople also point out the possibility of this splitting; fortunately, this is how it’s done in our store...

IKEA has nothing to gain by pushing a "expensive" transport on you, as even the "most expensive" transport costs are subsidized by IKEA and they even lose money on it.
