Modern prefab houses

With us, the prefabricated house companies reached their limits with our individual wishes or we would have had to pay impossible amounts. I'll send you a private message with companies we visited in [MA] and were also in the factory production.

I am quite surprised that the administrators even allow participants like €uro here and do not block them. Such people who exclusively want to sell their own consulting services and contribute little helpful content only harm this portal.

In my firm conviction, one can do without the consulting services of oddballs.

I do not provide consulting services here, but merely express myself on certain topics. In doing so, I do not assume that everyone likes it or must like it. However, such statements clearly show that certain circles must be under considerable pressure ;-)

I was also at the prefabricated house center in MA and was also very impressed. However, we have now decided on a solid house, but only because the room layout was somewhat more flexible here. In any case, we only had good experiences in MA and took away a few good ideas and tips.

Just out of interest: what was more flexible about the room layout? We could move the walls however we wanted.

We absolutely wanted two separate areas for us and the children! You should be able to get from the bedroom directly into the parents' bathroom and from the bathroom to the hallway. Furthermore, we wanted to be able to access the children's bathroom directly from both children's rooms and from there also to the hallway. Unfortunately, no one except one provider could offer us that, but that provider wanted nearly €30,000 more for it :confused:
