I don't see any unsolvable planning problems here, provided there is enough space, or the difference compared to solid construction. €30,000 seems very much to me for this, even including structural engineering, tiles, sanitary installation/units, etc. But I am just a normal aspiring home builder...

No, it wasn't just for the bathroom. It was the general "replanning." I always had the feeling that they intentionally set the price so high to push us back to the standard program.

Me too, Cascada! I hope I made the right choice now and that our price-performance ratio is correct. At least our company has made a very good impression so far and I haven't heard anything bad from homeowners who built with the same company (there is always something to complain about)

The feeling is not misleading, because the general contractor is interested in implementing the standard program. Excessive surcharges are usually charged for changes!
