Hello,

What do you understand by "modern prefabricated houses"?

Kind regards

Hello,

There is a nice saying: A hit dog barks. You don’t have to put on a jacket if it doesn’t fit you.
What do you want to hear, that a 1 liter house sold expensively according to the brochure actually had triple the consumption costs compared to the forecast in the end?
An extremely qualified and professionally competent answer! Is that all you could come up with? Pretty meager! Well, where the arguments fail, it gets personal.
Salespeople usually do not calculate technically, at best their commission. Besides, I have never meant all houses!
Read properly - understand - and then respond.
If there were sufficient planning, why don’t the builders have it among their documents? In the majority of the problem systems I examined:
Shrugging shoulders, no idea, is that necessary, oh, if we had known that....etc.
If there were no reason for criticism, I would have nothing to write here!

Yes, the truth apparently hurts a lot!

Best regards.

I don’t have to stand idly by while you disparage an entire profession.

I don’t want to hear anything, by now I can sing it. But the potential interested parties who inquire here deserve more than your mostly stereotypical answer. If a reasonable answer isn’t worth the effort for you – then why are you here?

Daily experienced reality. I don’t know you personally, so I can’t attack you personally?

Most people work for money and recognition – and you?

Then you should maybe reread your answers before hitting the reply button – that would be a good start :D

You see, that’s what distinguishes us – I try to help, try – as far as my time allows – to answer as precisely as possible. Criticism without guidance helps no one here – you only create fronts with it.

Those who live in glass houses should leave the stone alone

Kind regards

I have already emphasized several times that I am not doing that. Is it too difficult for you to understand?
Don’t they deserve clarification about possible problems or grievances? I see that quite differently. This forum is especially suitable for that. To give hints about what to pay attention to before. And there is presumably a reason for an answer you consider stereotypical: a stereotypical, frequent, and recurring problem.
Frontlines are already present; one should only make an effort to recognize them. Guidance is given, provided one can or wants to understand it. However, one can also close their eyes and hope that everything will somehow turn out well and that the dear do-gooders only want the best for them.

best regards

Construction expert and Euro, you cannot continue your childish petty squabble via private message  Dear Susi is already so shocked that she no longer responds here. I was also in MA at the prefab house center and was also very impressed. However, we have now decided on a solid house, but only because the room layout here was a bit more flexible. In any case, we have only had good experiences in MA and took away a few good ideas and tips.

Wow, there was quite a lot of discussion and arguments. I didn’t expect to get such a large audience *happy*

I was able to take a lot from your answers! Thanks for that already. I had read an article in which it said that these so-called modern prefabricated houses can now be designed very individually. That’s why I used this term to ask for opinions here.
