And what about the budgets of the houses? Reality? Negligence? Stupid since digitalization?? Must say I’ve forgotten how to read a map

What does this have to do with household budgets? You can create a budget plan – or not. Even before digital dementia, many couldn’t.

Sticking to the self-made plans is becoming increasingly difficult. Because you have to reject more and more "great" alternatives (e.g. THE new smartphone) in order for the plan to hold.

For those who care that people whose opinion doesn’t matter admire them for their car, phone, etc.: well, at a decent average salary, it’s currently harder to finance a house. That’s it.
Everyone can check their own priorities.

I rather see that the consumption frenzy no longer justifies resource consumption in any way. The added value of a 10th mobile phone in the drawer approaches zero, whereas more living space, especially in metropolitan areas, still certainly has justification.

But where should the limit be drawn and who sets it? Here we have the example of 647m² of living space for 2 people:

To what extent that is still nice remains to be seen. At least the builder likes it. But can the resource consumption for 2 people still be justified to anyone? On the other hand, why should we all live like the Chinese, locked up in high-rises close together?

Everyone takes what they can get in life. Those who don't go along are rather foolish. It will remain that way until the planet is "all used up."

Only when you truly lose what is important in life do you realize that all that stuff is actually worthless.

A budget plan cannot be created by just anyone and, if it is, it is only as good as the figures provided by experts who are supposed to know.

That's true, but more research is done on ibone than on Haus.

Where does this representative insight actually come from?

You are also comparing two completely different levels of complexity. As previously mentioned, a 10-minute comparison is enough for smartphones. Two pages of datasheets side by side, done.
House? 100 pages, if you were to really write down all the details.
