In the green forum, people are very ecological. I only have my doubts that it will be enough for an entire weekend. You do need more content for that.

And definitely don’t forget the floor plan.

If Schloss-Tempelhof succeeds with the first German [Earthship], it should become significantly easier to build such houses afterwards. As far as I have understood, the only requirements for the [Earthship] from Schloss Tempelhof are a suitable foundation for the floor and connection to water and sewage. The structural engineer costs 5000 and is included in my calculation. I don't think much of architects; I would rather hire a civil engineer. Please remember that it is a very small house. The size is comparable to a 50-75 sqm apartment. These alternative houses only become expensive if you do not build them yourself. Regarding the stability of the PET bottles: Compress a few PET bottles with sand or soil, take a few bricks, and perform breakage and load tests on them. You will be amazed at what PET bottles can withstand compared to bricks. The PET bottle houses in Africa are not called bomb-proof for nothing. I really recommend you google the terms and watch a few YouTube videos. I would post the relevant links, but I don't want to get banned.

P.S. I am very grateful for constructive criticism, but I am not very tolerant of responses like: this won't work without explanation.

Good morning,

when I read that yesterday, I immediately thought of KEN – that’s what we used to call all users of the photo forum who “spiced up” the forums with all kinds of nonsense.

Aside from the fact that the "description" of the castle in the air is more than confusing – what do you understand, for example, by some kind of greenhouse? – there will be no approval for this project here in Germany. Of course, you can contact a professional sponsor like Fraunhofer Institut® and see whether your ideas are prestigious enough.

I can read that; for that, your expectations of the house correspond consistently to the factor time.

You’re in luck because from 01.04.2016, the funding amounts for Kfw 40 and 40+ will change. With TEUR 125 backing you up, the fuel cell topic doesn’t have to remain a vision

Rhenish regards
