It's already settled. On the one hand, we had already decided against it anyway. On the other hand, the broker brushed me off with a brief response and confirmed that the deal was already done. Well, that doesn't speak well for the broker, but at the moment they don't seem to need to answer critical questions either. I'll keep looking then...so if anyone has tips for the search, feel free! Currently, I'm only moving around on the well-known real estate platforms and looking. Apart from these, I don't have any real alternatives yet.

This has been common practice in many regions for years. Just don’t question critically, don’t think for long, otherwise you have little chance. Unfortunately often the reality, it was the same with us. I’m sure we wouldn’t have gotten our house if I had asked questions or hesitated in any way. But of course you then also have to be able to live with missing something important or later not being satisfied because of the quick decision.

Thank you for your assessment...by the way, the agent did not admit the error in the property size, but quietly and secretly corrected it down by 65 sqm in the [Expose].

They say, if a man holds the car door open for a woman, either the woman is new or the car is. It is probably similar when realtors respond kindly to inquiries: either you are still the only interested party or the realtor does not yet have a firm position in the market.
