I hope you then realize that your own S0 meter will measure significantly different values than the supplier's meter. The usual S0 meters are only designed for a certain type of loads. If your loads do not correspond to these specifications, then your S0 meter will be quite inaccurate. This is quite likely in a house. The supplier's meters are generally designed for a much broader spectrum of loads and usually measure them more accurately. If you install your own intermediate meter, make sure that inductive loads and loads through ballasts with dimmers are measured correctly.
