Replace oil heating with a heat pump. In order for it to work efficiently, underfloor heating must be installed and the windows must be replaced. Insulation must also be added. Additionally, the old oil boiler has to be removed.
All of this has to happen within the scope of replacing the oil heating with the heat pump.
For windows and facade, you can get up to 25%. For the heat pump and directly related measures, up to 50%. The latter includes, among other things, disposal of the old heating system, possibly installation of underfloor heating, etc.
The total cost may of course exceed €60,000, but you will only be subsidized up to that amount.
Example:
Heat pump €15,000
Disposal of old system €1,000
New piping €2,000
Underfloor heating €15,000
Dismantling old floor and radiators €5,000
Miscellaneous €2,000
€40,000; of which 50% refund a few months after completion.
Windows €20,000 — can be subsidized at 25%.
Facade €25,000 — not eligible for Bafa funding anymore this year due to cost cap exceeded.
You could postpone the facade for one year and submit a new application. In my opinion, the €60,000 cap then applies again.
Or you apply for increased depreciation here and get some tax relief. That also works.
