The floor plan is now "set," but it is not yet fully habitable. ;) However, I did not consider it to be in need of discussion, which is why it was not published here. If you are interested, I can gladly make it accessible to you.

Phew, that sounds somehow different from the 30,000-35,000 that was estimated unseen by one of the home builders for us.
If you are currently still living in a construction trailer, I can understand that even more. But we're in the same situation; having everything from one source would have the advantage that no one can pass the blame to someone else. Only, so far we haven't found anyone who will both demolish and build (only build and recommendations on who might be suitable for the demolition). May I ask who you are doing it with ?
We are building with Mein Haus GmbH in Nauen. They did not do the demolition themselves, but the company Lische did. However, everything (contract and invoice) went through Mein Haus.
