Marten in the roof insulation, what can I do???

The marten had only recently been locked out by the neighbor after it had caused significant damage in her attic. Hopefully, it is not yet that at home with us. I currently see no attempts to reoccupy our roof. Thanks to the snow, this is clearly visible.

Yes, I am also currently reading the tracks in the snow: the hare has its running route... a cat crosses our garden, but it shies away from the snow. I have not yet been able to discover mouse tracks. I also don't know how their weight affects the snow.

Yes, you can clearly see the different behaviors in the tracks. I hope the marten and cats catch the mice. :cool:

To my surprise, now also with offspring. You wouldn’t want to lock them up.

After a long search, I finally found the entrance. It has always been taken from the other side of the house. But the entrance was never found.

Back then, he was active on the east side; now he has moved to the west.
