No joke: keeping the radio on all the time drives the roommate away. You can try Googling and searching for it. Which station exactly has to be tested in a field trial. I think maybe Top 40 or the best from the 80s, 90s - and today. ;)

So yesterday, for the first time in the garden and on the roof, thanks to fresh snow, I was able to see the many marten tracks. A live trap baited with eggs was set up, but the marten ignored it. However, he found the bait eggs laid out and gratefully consumed them. Now the trap will be installed at the location of the bait eggs. Let's see who is smarter in the end. Please keep your fingers crossed, but not for the marten. :)

Where do you actually take a marten like that afterwards? It hardly makes sense to release it two streets away... Behind the border? Without a phone, food, and papers? :D

Maybe the ultrasonic device that is supposed to help with mice to relocate on their own also works with martens?

Yes, I would also try this so-called marten scarer. It is very effective from a marketing perspective, but I don't know what the practical experience says.
