We also have a similar situation and some current offers for the individual trades.
Slope location offers many possibilities but only with the right partners and a somewhat more flexible budget.

Take a look at this: and - stylistically, it goes in a similar direction.

not at all (?) - I suspect Schöck holds a patent on this.

That sounds like a specific plot. Then tell me where the development plan can be found (municipality / number / name - links are not desired).

"Isokorb" is just a brand name like Zewa, Tempo, Inbus.
Other manufacturers offer equivalent systems (Isopro, Isomax, Egcobox...)

Basically you have 2 options: wrap the cantilever or thermally separate it.
A few years ago I dealt with this question both professionally and privately. Purely price-wise there is not much difference (back then ~5%).

How are they currently?

The house should have approximately 175 m2 and a projection in the living area of about 5 m x 1.5. It is not an extreme slope. The property slopes from west to east about 3 m over approximately 25 m. Likewise, from north to south about 2 m over 27 m. To the south, there is already a retaining wall to the neighbor.

The house should be oriented towards the south-west. The small L will also open in this direction. (To the west, forest and meadow) At the moment, I do not yet have a surveyed plan. However, the property is privately owned and fully developed. Currently, I can only provide you with a screenshot from the BayernAtlas.

Regarding the development plan: It is a small market town with 5,000 inhabitants. §34 of the Building Code (Baugesetzbuch) applies. In the district, various types of houses stand. From gable roofs, to shed roofs, up to log houses. Therefore, at the moment I have no concerns that the desired construction method would not fit in.

: I have followed the thread mentioned above for a long time and also find the result very good.

Now to the budget:

As mentioned, the property is fully developed. (Gas, water, wastewater). Property is privately owned. We have set a limit of 450,000. HVAC work will be completely carried out in-house.

So now, stone me for the budget :-) I see it as realistic but tight. For your information: Last year, I already completed a house build (brother) with an architect and independent self-contracted work.

Sorry, I only saw the first one. Nevertheless, I followed both and find both very successful.

Correct No. 51
