Not at all :D. We are currently in the final stages of negotiations.

These are the unpleasant things about you that we think (have to)... We had many conversations with many home builders, and with some, we were also on site together with their site managers, and the general consensus is: difficult but doable. Two declined because of the location, but even here the (very polite) rejection was justified by the fact that for the home builders, it is currently a luxury problem. Given the current situation, they pick their projects accordingly and also sort out slightly problematic ones right away.

Your mistake is the post. You can install the swing leaf with a mullion. We had such cases several times in the green forum, but I am not allowed to link there here. You can write to me, the way is now known ;-)

Tilt-and-turn window, transom, green forum o_O?

So few letters and so many question marks...

Unfortunately, I have too few posts for PMs. And now?

A tilt-and-turn sash is the one that is also called a pivot sash; with gates it sometimes has to lift when swinging open; that's how the pedestrian visitor passes through. A flush door is a postless "stop" of multi-leaf elements, ...

... for more, you will then have to click through my profile up to the last tab.

I already suspected it, somewhere I read a "hint" from you, I just wasn't sure anymore and wouldn't have come up with combining your username like that ;).

I'll get in touch with you shortly because I don't understand anything... What needs to be lifted on a sliding gate?
