Looking for a refrigerator for IKEA METOD, suggestions for combinations

Ah, so it is after all. Of course, it's a shame that Ikea doesn't have a fridge with the right dimensions in their range, but I haven't been able to find one with better measurements elsewhere either. About 70cm for the lower part of a fridge-freezer combo seems common, but that probably doesn't fit the Metod grid.

Sure, you can fill 10 cm with something, but right above the floor that’s already impractical. A panel would then have to be set so far back that the hinge can still be attached, that will probably be my solution. In the picture of the fridge-freezer combo linked above, it just looks nicer.

It is directly the first built-in cupboard after the dishwasher fronts if you go through Ikea kitchen furniture, built-in cupboards.

Yes, it would be the right one for a fridge or freezer, but it doesn't fit perfectly for the combination with two doors, or you would always have to open both doors at the same time. Still, thanks!

The cladding does not necessarily have to be behind the hinge. You can also attach it to the floor with a metal bracket. It might also be possible to install a drawer if you use a device with flat hinges from another manufacturer. Then you don’t need any additional hinges.

Oh sorry, I thought from your first link that you were looking for a cupboard only for one device. Then my suggestion doesn't fit. With Faktum, there was the option to buy only the carcass, and the doors and hinges separately. I don't see that for the cupboard now, but if it is possible, instead of the large door, you could take two suitable smaller ones. Otherwise, these narrow compartments are a good place for unused baking trays, large cutting boards, trays, or even instruction manuals for kitchen appliances.
