Hello everyone,
we intend to build and the construction area will be connected to a local heating network.
One has to pay a construction cost contribution of just under 12,000 EUR, regardless of whether it is used or not.
This construction cost contribution includes a connection capacity of up to 5.5 kW.
A brine-water heat pump will be provided.
Now to my questions:
1. Is the connection capacity sufficient for a 160 sqm house?
2. Does the house builder need any additional "technology" besides underfloor heating?
3. In an example calculation, a consumption of 9.3 MWh/year is assumed. Is this realistic or rather "optimistically" calculated?
4. Although the heating is "provided" by the municipal utilities, am I eligible for funding?
Sorry if any information is missing... feel free to ask.
Thanks & regards
Martin
